Customer Service

The best way to reach us is to use our contact form. If your question is regarding an order or a specific product, please make note of the order number or the product number in the message field. If you would like to speak with a representative call (434) 525-2225.

All orders* are shipped within 2 (business days). We try our best to ship orders, received by 2 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day. In addition, some orders don't 'get out the door' as soon as others because we're 'out the door' running trails!

Shipping and Delivery

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

If the billing address on the order does not match the address on file with your credit card company the order will not be processed. Each order is verified by a Fraud Prevention Specialist prior to shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and the order total of products purchased.

Further Ordering Instructions:

Please provide a Physical Address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a receipt/purchase confirmation via email which will contain information about how to track your order and review its status.

If the correct address is not provided with your order, and your package is returned to our office, you will be charged the cost to re-ship the order to the correct address.

*If an item is out of stock, processing and shipment may take additional time. Should this occur you will be notified by a member of our sales team, who will help resolve the order status.

Returns & Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem with your order, it is very important to us. You may return or exchange it by mail. Returns information and instructions are listed below and can also be found on your invoice. If it is a manufacturer’s defect – the item will need to be return directly to the manufacturer.

Instructions

  • Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, include the following information in the package:
    • Name
    • Member or customer number
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • When and by whom the purchase was made
    • Reason for the return
    • Purchase price of the item(s)
  • Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, a refund or a bankcard credit.
  • Insure the package for your protection and return to:

  • If the item has been used, please wash or clean before being returned.
